OVERSIZED PACKAGES: If for some reason your package is really, really big, we may email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. We won't ship your order until we get your approval regarding the new charges.

Actually, there is one more thing, UPS may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For example, if you live in an apartment without a doorman. If this is a concern, be sure to deliver to an address where someone will be around to sign.
