We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to our store or ship the item back to us (shipping cost is not included in the return) within 30 days of purchase. Simply print out the return form by following this link, fill it out and include it with your items; your return credit will be applied 3-5 days after we receive the item(s). If you need to return a gift item please include the buyer’s information on the return form to ensure proper handling.
Regular Price Items:
Regular and sale items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new (unused and re-sellable**) condition. Please include all original product packaging with tags.
Closeout and On Sale Items:
These items are sold as is and can only be accepted for exchange.
Damaged or defective items:
If you have received a product that you feel is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible for instructions. We will make arrangements for repair or replacement according to the manufacturers’ specific requirements.
Manufacturers will require Nutrition, Supplements, and Personal Care Products:
**Due to health concerns, nutrition products, supplements, other consumables, and personal care products (i.e bodyglide, trislide,chamois butter) are not returnable.
Wetsuits & Swimwear:
For your safety and Hygiene, there are NO returns on underwear & swimwear.
Purchasing a wetsuit can be difficult. If you are unsure about your size or have any questions or concerns about proper sizing or fit, please contact us for assistance via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 888-499-0863.
Wetsuits with any tears or holes in the suit (i.e fingernails) outside a manufacturer defect cannot be accepted for return/exchange; wetsuits with body glide or other body lubricant residue cannot be accepted for return/exchange; and wetsuits with personal information written anywhere on the suit cannot be accept for return/exchange.
If a wetsuit needs to be returned it must be new and in unused condition with the original packaging. For manufacturer related defects please contact us via email: email@example.com or by phone toll free 888-499-0863 as the return process will vary based on the manufacturer defect policy.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned trainers, complete bikes, wheels, and bike racks.
