Our Level I Clinic is for beginner swimmers or triathletes looking to get a good foundation in proper freestyle technique. The clinic includes a detailed hand out, a technique overview and a 60 minute session of skills in the water.
Topics covered include: water comfort, breathing, intro to body balance and body position, timing, and kick.
