Looking for a half marathon to run and a group to train with? 3M is a fast downhill course with a great goodie bag! Join us for a 14 week training group starting Tuesday October 2, 2012 at 6pm. Race date is January 13, 2012.

Some things to think about before committing:

• You must be able to run 3 miles continuously before the program starts

• The group will meet Tuesdays and Saturdays

o Tuesday meet 6:00, workouts begin prompt at 6:15pm
o Saturday: Location may vary to accommodate everyone, 0615 meet up 0630 prompt start. Saturday will be the long run day.
o Sundays will not be coached but will be an opportunity to train with a group on more forgiving trail.

This is not an official “3M” program.
