Jack & Adam’s Bicycles 21 Day Tour De France Fest!

The Tour De France will be held from Saturday, June 30th to Sunday, July 22nd. Jack & Adam’s Bicycles will be hosting a series of viewing parties, a ride every morning of The Tour, VeloGames competition, and much more. We will have tons of giveaways and every day of the tour we will have 21% off different items at the shop. We will also be giving you 21 reasons to participate in The Austin Livestrong Ride this year on October 21st. Viewing Parties: We will have 6 viewing parties outside on the big screen. The show will start at 8:30 pm each night. We will have beer, snacks, & tons of free stuff to giveaway. Bring a chair and get here early to get a good seat. Each viewing will be 90 minutes to 2 hours. A schedule of the viewings is below.

VeloGames: If you have ever played fantasy football, baseball, or basketball, then you understand how this works. We will use www.VeloGames.com to run our league. Each participant will pick riders for their roster. Each rider is associated with a point total. You will have 100 points to build your team. You will pick overall contenders, climbers, sprinters, and bonus riders. After each day of The Tour, scoring will be updated. Discounts: For each day of the Tour De France, Jack & Adam’s Bicycles will publish an item daily at 21% off. Follow us on Twitter & Facebook to get the deal of the day during The Tour.  Discount will apply to any item purchased in that category that day, even if we have to special order it.

LiveStrong Ride: The LiveStrong Ride this year has some changes. It is only $50 to ride and it has been moved to Auditorium Shores in Downtown Austin. Jack & Adam’s Bicycles, KLBJ, & Dell are assembling a team for this year’s ride and we want you to be part of it!  To be part of the team, click HERE.  There are ride options of 20,65, & 100 miles. During the 21 Days of Tour De France Fest, we will be promoting our team and encouraging riders to join us on October 21st in Downtown Austin for one of the best rides ever.

Rides: We will be hosting a shop ride starting at 7:00 a.m. each day of The Tour. That is 21 days of riding over 23 days. Each ride will be similar to that days stage. If it is a flat stage, we will ride flat. If it is a hilly stage, we will ride hills. Rides will be no more than 90 minutes total. Come join us for one or all. We will have awards for people that attend the most rides. A schedule of the rides are posted below.
